Today I did a new training.. Higher level one..I have been postponing it.. And finally did it..
I sweated like a dog, but it is so worth it..
I'm proud of myself..

Days..

What a terrible day yesterday.. I dont even want to think about it..
Today is the brand new day...and it will be a good one...
Training done,breakfast eaten, now waiting for baby to wake up and heading to baby class..some socializing required... Yes..much needed..

How I feel now...

Exhausted... But happy

Hello there,
Weekend passed by nicely some good quality time.
Today is Monday, I started with my usual routine: lemon water, then skalpel 2 training and some whole grain toasts with eggs and my favourite coffee..
After morning work out, I head out to... Yes..another work out...Haha...this  time is a bootcamp for mothers with babies in the strollers...
Yep.
That was fun.....i Was sweating like crazy..and that humid today did not help...my son actually enjoyed me jogging and pushing the stroller while he just chilled... And probably wondered: why are we in such a rush...Haha
Running uphill and downhill..
And then some exercise on mat on the grass...with babies out...and stretching..My favourite part..

Today, I challenged myself by doing both mg exercise and bootcamp..
I did it...you can too..

Craziness

What a crazy days..first apparent tornado in milton, on and of course nothing happened...but tv, radio everyone was going crazy...
Then visit at work...which I am going back to soon..such a weird feeling..
And then visit at friends house to see a little baby girl, who was just born..so precious and so little...5 lbs. First time I was holding such a small baby...
And let's not forget about my morning training, because I am ambitious I decided to go to a higher level...skalpel 2
It is shorter than first one..only 20 min.
I thought.
Piece of cake....yeah I was soooo wrong..j am dying today...so sore..my muscles hurt...
Massage much needed...

And now while baby sleeping,.just relaxing trying to watch some show online but od course internet is freezing...Why does it always happen when I try to watch something?? Annoying

Rainy monday

Weekend passed..  With a great weather.

I just finished my training and had my breakfast with coffee..
I felt it today..couple days break because of the weekend..make a big difference..
Since it is raining and it is dark, maybe naps will be longer today..

Relax

After yesterday yoga, I feel so relaxed and calm...Let's see how long it will last..Haha
Today was relaxing day...no.exercise..
Instead I took a nap...nice too,.right?
Meals eaten well, eggs, fish and.chicken for diner...yummy
I didn't even realize that I had no carbs today...interesting
Tomorrow, it is Pa Day, both kids home...lovely...time to play..

Mommy struggle

I love my kids to death.. But sometimes they drive me crazy...
My 4 year old...how many times did I tell him to pee to the toilet...not on it.. Or around it...so gross..I am tired of pee smell in my washroom... 😞
My 8 months old..learn how to scream...and does it all day long 😱..
Increasing volume when he really wants something ...my ears are going to explode 😫😫😫!!!!
My hot yoga, please come earlier ..I need you badly tonight!!!!!!!!
In 2 hours...
I have to survive

Day 3 of " diet and exercise"

Hello,

Third day is here, I did 3 times a week !!!Yupi !!
Fells great!  And later on in the evening: HOT YOGA-my favourite @Milton, ON
This is where, I really get my butt sweat .. :)))))

The weather is nice and energy is back.
So my meals today:

Breakfast

  • 2 whole-wheat toasts with avocado and tomato 
  • Cottage cheese 
  • Coffee 
Lunch 
  • 2 pieces of pork fried
  • rice 
  • boiled corn 
  • glass of fruit juice 
  • green tea 
PM Snack
  • strawberries 
  • Activia yogurt 
Dinner 
  • Chicken noodle soup 
  • Activia yogurt 
  • Green tea

Day 2 of "diet" and exercise

So after day one, I feel great! I am not even sore...feels amazing 
I started the day with the lemon water.
Following "Skalpel" training, and my yummy breakfast

Breakfast
  • Two hard boiled eggs
  • Half of tomato with green onions
  • Coffee with milk and sugar 
Lunch
  • Two whole-what toast with turkey breast 
  • Cottage cheese with radish and green onion and once scoop  of Greek yogurt and salt and pepper for better taste 
  • Green tea


Snack pm
  • Strawberries and Activia Yogurt 

Dinner
  • Pasta with pork ground meat
  • Cesear salad 
  • Green tea 
Sharing my meals, I am not following any diet, just eating what I prepare and buy for my family in the weekly groceries, as I do not want to spend more money...limited budget ...

Meals

OK, so I started the day by drinking glass of water with  lemon juice since it has lots of benefits, check the link below:

Before my workout I had one banana, I cant really exercise on empty stomach...
I put my baby for nap and now it is my time ...

My workout was called: "Skalpel" by Ewa Chodakowska I found on-line. It is 45 minutes which is reasonable timing and it was a combination of working on your whole body while focusing on belly... yeah .. that  is what I need...

My breakfast:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 slices of smoked turkey breast 
  • Coffee with sugar (I know but I have to have sugar, otherwise it tastes gross) with milk (switched from cream :))

Water, water all day long..at least 2 litres...

My lunch:

  • 2 whole wheat toast with avocado and tomato, see picture, so goood...


Green tea after lunch, aiming to drink green tea 3 times a day and limit coffee to once a day..let's see if I manage :))

My pm snack:


  • Grapes and Activia yogurt 


My dinner


  • Boiled broccoli with feta cheese (I probably should skip the feta but I love it too much , weak me :)
  • Green tea 


TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 903 calories! What that's it?



Today is the day to start a new life..

Yes, today is the day to start a new life...
what do I mean?? Well, I am 31, have two kids, the baby is now 8 months old...and I pretty much look 6 months pregnant now..yes,..I do...
I never gained weight during my pregnancies but maternity leave is a killer..
sweets, carbs..lots of bread( I am polish and bread is my BIG weakness..., etc.
Therefore, my belly keeps growing and I have a big belly, seriously I look at myself and I look pregnant, so I decided:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...
I don't want to have a belly, soon I am going back to work and I want people to say: WOW..you look great ! vs I know how hard is to loose weight after babies..
NO NO NO
Today, is the day I start to change my life.. for better..
But also, have to be realistic at the same time, haha so my plan is as follows:

1. Exercise with videos by Ewa Chodakowska(great polish trainer) 3 times X per week and once a week; hot yoga, yes I love it..going to a studio in Milton, ON ..amazing..

Don't I look pregnant, so bad..


2. Diet, actually not really a diet, since I have been there, done this (after you go back to normal food, the weight comes back even with high protein diets) , so lets just say I am going to watch what I eat, so simple rules: no sweets (I love, love sweets, so it will be hard, why do I feel like piece of chocolate every time I have a coffee?! ;) limited carbs, whole wheat bread only, yes, maybe I should eliminate carbs, but I cant..again I am bring realistic.. and alcohol weekends only.. yes i Love to have a drink after tough day just to relax, no more, weekends only and wine only, since it is one of the less calories alcohol...


PLEASE, keep your finger crossed! I give myself 10 weeks challenge...
